- The fairgrounds are largely divided into two sections - the North & South Convention Centers.
- In the north access, the North Convention Center has 20 rooms, with 18 on the first floor and the remaining Colón and Neptuno rooms on the second floor, with large terraces.
- The North Auditorium can accommodate 1100 patrons, while the multifunctional rooms can seat 100-480 and the other rooms provide space to hold 70-200 people.
- Near the South gate, the South Convention Center has an Auditorium that can host up to 600 patrons along with 20 other small rooms ideal for holding medium-format events.
- The South Convention Center is closest to public transportation and houses several other modern rooms equipped to hold meetings, assemblies, and conventions.
- For large-scale events, the venue also has 13 halls with several rooms on their mezzanine floors, 2 catwalks large enough to accommodate 756 and 800 patrons each, and outdoor spaces that are often used for concerts, sporting events, and more.
- The largest halls can seat up to 14,000 patrons while the smaller ones have a capacity of around 3000 seats.
